Biography

Attorney Adam Smallow is the founder of Adam Smallow Injury Lawyers, which he established in 2010 in Baltimore, Maryland. Before opening his own firm, he practiced law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the District of Columbia, and he is currently admitted to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.

Adam Smallow Injury Lawyers focuses exclusively on helping injured car accident victims obtain highly skilled medical care and pursue maximum financial recovery. The firm was built around a simple idea: injured people deserve more than an assembly‑line process and should have access to top‑tier medical providers who truly understand trauma and recovery. From the first call through the resolution of the case, clients receive clear guidance, practical advice, and a steady advocate who keeps them informed at every step.

While Adam Smallow Injury Lawyers is an award‑winning law firm, nothing speaks more clearly to its mission than the experiences shared in hundreds of online client reviews. Those reviews consistently highlight the firm’s responsiveness, compassion, and relentless effort to secure the best possible outcome for each client’s unique situation. Adam’s approach is hands‑on; he takes the time to understand how an injury has disrupted a client’s life and then builds a strategy aimed at both physical and financial recovery.

Reported Cases:
Adam Smallow Injury Lawyers obtained a policy limits settlement of $250,000 from one of the most difficult insurance companies in the personal injury business. Our client was involved in a low impact collision with minor property damage. However, due to her age, her injuries required back surgery and she incurred substantial medical bills as a result. The odds were stacked as the client had already had TWO PRIOR BACK SURGERIES before this car accident. We needed a strategy to deal with such a notorious insurance company, who was going to use the minor property damage and prior injuries against our client. We filed suit after she successfully recovered from surgery and settled the case against the other driver prrior to trial for the full policy limits of $250,000. Additionalluy, our legal team was able to obtain a significant reduction from Medicare, which paid for our client's surgery and related care. This reduction in bills saved our client tens of thousands of dollars, which went directly into her pocket at settlement. Needless to say, she was thrilled with the outcome of the case.
