Biography

Adam Narloch is the head of the Data Center Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Warsaw office. He advises investors on real estate transactions and also on a wide range of issues relating to the construction process (both with respect to permit matters and in negotiating agreements and settlements with contractors). His experience includes advising on the acquisition of a data center business in Poland and providing comprehensive guidance on the legal aspects of some of the largest data centers currently being developed in the country. This encompasses advice on property acquisition and lease agreements, representing clients in administrative proceedings regarding the data center development process, and advising on agreements with customers, including hyperscale contracts. He also has significant experience in handling investments in shopping centers, office buildings and warehouses.
