Biography



Mr. Goldsmith joined McAloon & Friedman in 1993 and was made a partner in 1997. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at the law firm of Carro, Spanbock & Cuiffo, specializing in white collar criminal defense and commercial litigation. He began his legal career as a prosecutor in the Kings County District Attorneys' Office.

Mr. Goldsmith has been recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America®. He is a member of the Medical Malpractice Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. Mr. Goldsmith has been a speaker at both legal and medical institutions on relevant topics in the medical-legal field.
