Biography

Adam R. Seligman advises businesses, developers, lenders, investors, executives, and entrepreneurs on a range of real estate and business-related matters. Adam’s practice primarily revolves around commercial and luxury residential real estate, offering guidance and representation in diverse scenarios such as complex real estate purchase and sale agreements, secured lender representation, title insurance, multifamily and shopping center development, lease negotiations, and commercial landlord and tenant law. He also counsels clients on entity formation and an array of general business matters.
