Adam S. Alexander

Adam S. Alexander has devoted his legal career to litigating defective automobile cases and protecting consumers from corporate overreach and deception. Since obtaining his law license in 1996, he has fought tirelessly to uphold the rights of Michigan residents, helping thousands of clients challenge the practices of auto manufacturers and dealers, banks, insurance companies, and debt collectors. With a focus on leveling the playing field for those defrauded, Adam finds fulfillment in holding powerful entities accountable and opening the courthouse doors for individuals seeking justice.As the founder of The Alexander Law Firm, Adam leads a practice concentrating on Michigan Lemon Law, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), debtor defense, and other consumer protection cases, including class action lawsuits. He serves as Co-Chairman of the Michigan chapter of the National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA) and has successfully argued cases in the Michigan Court of Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.Adam earned his bachelor's degree in pre-law from Michigan State University in 1988 and his law degree from the Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University in 1996. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, exercise, traveling with his wife, (46 States visited), studying Spanish, and supporting various charities.
