Biography

Adam S. Hall is a partner with The Hall Law Firm, P.A., a Miami, Florida law firm that handles matters involving complex corporate and business litigation. In addition to commercial litigation, Mr. Hall focuses his practice on cases involving professional malpractice, securities, real estate, and probate disputes.

Recognized for his relentless advocacy on behalf of clients, Mr. Hall has litigated cases involving broker-dealer disputes, will contests, breach of fiduciary relationships, construction disputes, and allegations of malpractice on the part of law firms and accounting firms. Prior to entering private practice, he completed an internship at the Florida Supreme Court.

Mr. Hall’s work has been recognized by a number of publications, including the South Florida Legal Guide, which named him a “Top Lawyer” for the past two years. He was also named as a 2011 Rising Star by Florida Super Lawyers.

Beyond his legal work, Mr. Hall is actively involved in the South Florida community. Most recently, he served on the board of directors for the United Way of Miami-Dade County. He has also been a member of the executive committee for the United Way’s Young Leader division, a group for which he previously served as chair.

Mr. Hall also maintains strong ties to the University of Florida, where he earned his law and bachelor’s degrees with honors. He is currently a member of the University’s Levin College of Law Alumni Council. He also serves on the alumni advisory board for Florida Blue Key, of which he was previously a member. Previously, he has sat on the board of directors for the University’s Hillel organization. Mr. Hall is also a member of the prestigious University of Florida Hall of Fame, which recognizes students who demonstrate an outstanding commitment to improving the University through campus and community involvement.

Mr. Hall is a member of The Florida Bar and is admitted to the U.S. District Court, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Mr. Hall has argued cases in Florida, Georgia, and New York under pro hac vice status.
