Adam S. Towers leads Bogin, Munns & Munns’ Gainesville office, representing businesses, property owners, and families in complex real-estate disputes, contract and business litigation, and estate-planning and probate matters. Licensed in both Florida and California—and admitted to multiple federal courts and the U.S. Supreme Court—Adam routinely resolves title-insurance claims, mortgage-priority issues, lien removals, boundary and easement conflicts, and high-stakes contract dissolutions. Since opening the Gainesville office in 2007, this University of California–Santa Barbara graduate (B.A. 1998) and McGeorge School of Law alumnus (J.D. 2001) has built a reputation for exhaustive questioning, creative problem-solving, and tireless advocacy that eases clients’ stress and secures practical results.
