Adam Siegler focuses his practice on civil litigation, with an emphasis on complex real estate and business cases. He has represented a wide variety of clients in the real estate, telecommunications and manufacturing fields. Experience: Real Estate: Represented and obtained summary judgment for Aspen Pacific Capital (Guggenheim) fund and numerous affiliates in workout and recovery litigation, involving an $80 million loan portfolio for 2000+ acre residential, multi-phased tract developments located in Imperial County, California, resulting in complete defense of $65 million claim involving complex anti-deficiency and alter ego issues.; Successful defense and settlement of $73 million foreclosure and guaranty case involving 3,300 acre residential and commercial project.; Representation of developer of waterfront condominium complex in Long Beach, California against claims in excess of $20 million brought by homeowner's association to challenge monthly compensation owed to developer from inception of complex through 2041.
