Biography

Adam is a former college football player who balanced academics and athletics in college and then served as an active duty commissioned officer in the U.S. Marine Corps after graduation. Adam eventually went to law school, graduating summa cum laude, and became an active-duty judge advocate certified to practice in military courts. Thereby, as lead counsel, Adam represented and prosecuted service members accused of various crimes, up to and including the crimes of rape, murder, and drug distribution. Adam also served as the Senior Marine Officer and Head of Trial Advocacy at the Naval Justice School in Newport, Rhode Island.

Adam has been licensed to practice in Hawaii since 2005. After leaving military service, Adam returned to Hawaii and served in trial positions as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney and as a Deputy Attorney General prior to entering private practice where Adam has primarily focused on commercial litigation, premises liability, and general civil litigation matters. Adam now serves on Morgan & Morgan’s Complex Litigation Team.
