Biography

Adi heads the firm’s Cannabis desk. Adi provides guidance and consultation to cannabis companies in Israel and around the world in all required legal services, including, approvals and licenses, commercial agreements, investment agreements, merger and acquisition transactions, distribution agreements, cooperation agreements in Israel and abroad.

Adi represents publicly-traded companies and reporting corporations in all capital markets matters, handling, inter alia, periodic and immediate reports, public and private offerings, purchase offers, shareholder disputes and capital markets litigation, as well as corporate law and securities law matters. Furthermore, Adi handles commercial law, including agreements pertaining to investments, management, employment, shareholders and services.
