Biography

Adlai Groves has a national practice focused on real estate development, finance and construction, including the use of financial incentives, tax credits and private equity for commercial real estate developments and multi-family housing projects. He also has extensive experience in corporate and partnership formations, mergers and acquisitions, as well as the structuring of sophisticated trust and estate planning techniques for his clients. Adlai’s clients range from large corporations to small businesses, real estate developers, contractors, and financial institutions.

Adlai returns to Lowther Johnson in 2021 as a member after spending more than five years at a national Am Law 200 firm. A native of Springfield, Missouri, he is excited to be back at Lowther Johnson to better serve the legal needs of the community. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter on their farm in Southwest Missouri.
