Adriel Laurore

Adriel Laurore is an associate at Coughlin & Gerhart, LLP. His practice includes matters involving real property, and commercial and residential landlord-tenant law.

Prior to joining Coughlin & Gerhart, Adriel represented individual clients, business entities and public entities on a wide range of legal matters and issues. Adriel practiced in Manhattan, New York for nearly three years upon being sworn in to the New York State Bar in 2022. At his prior firm, Adriel engaged in practice areas such as real property transactions, business organization, will drafting, debt collection and landlord/tenant matters. His experience prior to being barred, provided Adriel with familiarity in the various Courts of New York’s downstate region, particularly concerning criminal and surrogate matters.

Adriel earned his J.D. from Western Michigan University–Cooley Law School, where he was a Dean’s List student, a Law School Honors Scholar, and a semi-finalist in both the Melissa Mitchell Moot Court and WMU Mock Trial competitions. He also volunteered at St. Michael’s Legal Center and held leadership roles in the Student Bar Association, Caribbean Law Students Association, and the Sports & Entertainment Law Society. He received his B.S. in Legal Studies, with a minor in Business Administration, from St. John’s University. Adriel is fluent in Creole. He was admitted to practice law in New York in 2022.
