Biography

Adrienne Braumiller is the founder of Braumiller Law Group PLLC and is widely recognized as an innovative leader in the field of international trade law. With over 30 years of experience, she specializes in Customs, import and export compliance, foreign-trade zones, free trade agreements, and ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) compliance.

Throughout her career, Adrienne has been involved in all aspects of import and export compliance. She has developed compliance programs, conducted audits and assessments, represented clients under investigation, prepared and submitted voluntary disclosures, filed classification requests and licenses, analyzed transactions for pursuit, provided tailored training, addressed penalty assessments, and served as an expert witness in trade cases.

Adrienne's expertise is well-respected, and she has been published in various publications. She contributed a chapter on U.S. antidumping, anti-subsidy, and safeguards in Chambers Global Practice Guides - International Trade 2018. She has also presented as a distinguished lecturer for esteemed organizations such as the American Bar Association, the American Association of Exporters and Importers, and the International Compliance Professionals Association, among others.

Her leadership and dedication to excellence have been recognized through numerous awards and appointments, including:

She is a member of several professional organizations, including the National Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association of America (NCBFAA) and the American Bar Association (ABA).

Adrienne holds an L.L.M. in International Business Transactions from McGeorge School of Law, a J.D. from St. Mary's University, and has studied international law at the University of Salzburg and the University of Oxford, Queen's College. She is licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of Texas, the United States District Court of Texas for the Northern District, the Court of Appeals of the District of Columbia, and the United States Court of International Trade.
