Biography

Nicole Kwapisz concentrates her practice in the areas of construction and complex commercial litigation. She represents owners, developers, general contractors, design professionals, subcontractors, and suppliers in a wide range of matters. She assists clients with contract negotiations and drafting, construction defect and delay claims, surety bonds, construction liens and warranty claims. Nicole is experienced in litigating complex construction cases throughout Florida, as well as alternative dispute resolution through mediations and arbitrations.

Throughout her career, Nicole has represented companies of various sizes, including Fortune 100, renowned international design firms and business entities in pre-litigation proceedings and civil lawsuits in federal and state courts. She has successfully handled all aspects of trial practice in multi-party matters involving large commercial projects, condominiums, single-family home communities and private residences, as well as infrastructure projects involving highways and bridges, with claims in excess of 180 million dollars.
