Biography

Agustin brings a wealth of experience handling complex civil litigation, including transportation, construction site accidents and general liability matters. He represents construction companies and contractors in complex litigation stemming from construction site accidents and has successfully defended clients in a wide range of general liability matters. He is also experienced in handling contract and business disputes, real estate, and property management and tenant litigation. Agustin is senior counsel based in WSHB's Northern California office.

Agustin is known for his ability to provide effective legal counsel and representation to clients in all stages of litigation. He is well-versed in the nuances of the legal system and is committed to providing his clients with the highest level of service and support. With his extensive experience and dedication to clients, Agustin is a valued member of the WSHB team.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where he graduated cum laude. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science and Anthropology from Michigan State University. While attending Michigan State, Agustin interned for State Representative Belda Garza (8th District - Detroit), assisting with constituent matters and programs.

When not actively defending WSHB clients, Agustin enjoys playing soccer, roller hockey, and golf.
