Biography

Akke Levin is a litigator focusing on complex, high-stakes commercial litigation and arbitration. Before joining the firm, she served as senior deputy attorney general in the complex litigation department in the Office of the Attorney General for Las Vegas. In this role, she represented the state and its departments in federal and state court in cases involving civil rights, employment discrimination, consumer rights, defamation, inverse condemnation, and negligence claims, as well as licensing and health law disputes. Her private practice experience also includes litigating and arbitrating real estate disputes, claims for securities fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, shareholder derivative claims, business disputes, property and personal injury torts, lending fraud, and other torts.
