Biography

Alaire Banquer Bretz is an Associate at the firm's Miami office, where she primarily focuses her practice on admiralty and maritime claims, personal injury and premises liability litigation. She is an outcome-oriented attorney who is dedicated to providing the best representation of her clients.

Ms. Bretz earned her law degree from Tulane Law School wherein she obtained a Certificate of Concentration in Maritime Law. Ms. Bretz also received a Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University with a major in History and minor in Political Science. Upon graduation, she gained valuable practical experience through her clerkship with the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida working closely with trial judges preparing briefs and proposed 11orders.

Outside of work, Ms. Bretz enjoys spending time outdoors with her rescue dog.
