Biography

Alan Borack is a summa cum lauda graduate of Stony Brook University and obtained his law degree from Hofstra University in 1975. He was admitted to the NYS Bar Association in 1976. He has worked in the law profession for over 40 years, first as an Assistant Town Attorney for the Town of Brookhaven where he handled prosecution of local code violations and other municipal law issues. Ultimately, he went on to work in the private sector where he had his own law practice for over 25 years and handled various legal matters including, but not limited to real estate transactions, matrimonial and family law, bankruptcy, criminal and traffic, wills and estates, landlord tenant issues, and civil litigation. Mr. Borack has been employed at the law firm of Feldman, Kramer & Monaco for the past 12 years and continues to assist its clients in a variety of legal matters.
