Biography

Alan is annually regarded as a Top Rated Attorney in Maryland and Washington, D.C. After having experience with both the plaintiff's and defense practices of civil litigation, Alan Neurick formed the law firm of Neurick LLC to further improve the client's experience. Neurick LLC primarily represents individual and corporate plaintiffs and defendants in General Litigation, Personal Injury, Breach of Contract, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Insurance Coverage, Judgment Collection, Business Litigation, Appeals, and in providing Confidential Legal Advice.

Prior to forming Neurick LLC, Alan was a partner at Discepolo LLP where he was lead counsel in various cases, including personal injury, breach of contract, motor vehicle (car, truck, motorcylce, pedestrian) accidents, brain injuries, environmental / carbon monoxide litigation, and business disputes. Alan also created a successful debt collections practice, assisting creditors both before and after judgment in making a positive recovery. Alan's strategy in a significant insurance coverage case in North Dakota helped establish coverage for an underlying multi-million dollar carbon monoxide poisoning, over the defense's position that the "Pollution" exclusion eviscerated coverage which may otherwise exist under the at issue policies of insurance.

About Alan Neurick

Alan was a principal at Saunders & Schmieler, P.C., a civil litigation firm where he primarily defended individuals and businesses in litigation and also provided confidential advice and litigation defense for major insurance companies in insurance coverage disputes. Alan also represented injured persons, including in motor vehicle accidents and medical malpractice claims, and was successful in pursuing a multi-million dollar breach of insurance contract claim for a major insurance carrier. Alan began his legal practice as an associate with this firm.

Alan was also an in-house trial lawyer for several years with Zurich Insurance, where he established a high courtroom success rate in the courts of Maryland and the District of Columbia.

In addition to his law practice, Alan is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Maryland non-profit Sanbayan, Inc.
