Biography

As Assistant General Counsel, Alana C. Srour advises the Firm in areas of litigation, risk management, Firm policy, ethics, AI, and legal technologies.

Prior to taking on the Assistant General Counsel role, Alana was a member of the Firm’s global litigation practice group. As a litigator, Alana represented clients in a wide range of matters, including entertainment, class action and unfair competition defense, intellectual property, mass torts, products liability, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and disability laws, and commercial and business disputes. She has diverse experience in state and federal courts as well as administrative proceedings, handling virtually every phase of litigation from pre-litigation negotiations and counseling through final disposition or resolution, including bench and jury trials and final arbitration hearings.
