Biography

Alana is a skilled and effective personal injury litigator in NYC. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Miami. Thereafter, she earned her Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where she concentrated her studies in civil litigation.

Alana began her legal career representing clients in The Bronx in against violations of their civil rights in claims ranging from false arrest, police brutality, and malicious prosecution. Before joining Morgan and Morgan, Alana honed her litigation skills successfully representing the rights of Plaintiffs in complex commercial litigation against the largest property insurance companies in the nation. Alana prides herself on begin a true advocate for her client’s rights.

Today, Alana continues to dedicate her practice to fighting for the people, not the powerful.
