Our experience and in-depth knowledge of construction, real estate, and commercial law helps clients navigate the complex landscape of the modern business environment.

From complying with detailed and evolving regulations to drawing up precise construction agreements and leases, Albert is a firm believer in doing things right from the start. He takes a proactive, responsive approach to clients’ issues and believes strongly in resolving problems before they occur. He helps his clients develop streamlined, successful business operations, minimizing their time spent with legal issues and gets them back to business as quickly as possible.

Albert has almost 30 years of professional legal experience, with the majority of emphasis placed in construction, commercial leasing and real estate. He specializes in public works and private construction projects, in which he advises public entities, commercial contractors, developers and individuals in all aspects of the construction process.

Albert is also an experienced and accomplished litigator, negotiator, arbitrator and mediator. He takes a personal, customized approach when working with clients to determine the best strategy for their needs and situations.

His trial experience extends to all areas of his practice. He represents clients in Washington and Oregon State Courts and in Federal court; before administrative agencies and in arbitration and mediation.

Albert routinely assists clients with acquisitions and sales, development, leasing and property management. He regularly helps clients form business entities, focusing on protecting their assets as best he can.
