Mr. Albert Taylor Nelson, Jr. is Of Counsel to the firm and specializes in litigation and workers’ compensation.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Nelson taught Social Studies at the nationally renowned Cass Technical High School in Detroit, Michigan.

Over the years, Mr. Nelson has been active in the community, involving himself with numerous civic and professional organizations. He is a former Board Member of the College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers, a national organization established to honor distinguished workers’ compensation attorneys. Further, he is a former board member of the American Red Cross Southeastern Michigan Blood Services, serving as Secretary and on the Executive Committee.
