Former Magistrate and President of the Administrative Court at age 23; Justice Assistant of the Supreme Court of Justice and State Council; Member of the Police an Administrative Codes drafting committee; Member of the list of arbitrators from the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá; Principal member of the Colombian Academy of Jurisprudence as "Number Academic". Founding Partner of Preciado Quiñones y Rueda since 1951, a firm currently known as Preciado Abogados. Fifty-five (55) years of experience as an advisor and consultant for various national and foreign companies.
