Biography

Alec Josepher is a proud Tampa native and a dedicated personal injury attorney at Morgan & Morgan, where he concentrates his practice on medical malpractice cases. He is passionate about advocating for patients and families whose lives have been upended by medical negligence. Before joining the firm, Alec worked on the other side of the courtroom as a medical malpractice defense attorney. This insider experience gives him a strategic edge in advocating for individuals who’ve been injured due to medical negligence-arming him with the knowledge of how insurance companies operate and how to hold them accountable.

Alec earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Emory University, where he also excelled as a student-athlete. He served as captain of the men’s tennis team and was a member of the 2017 NCAA National Championship team. Following his undergraduate studies, Alec earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, attending on a merit-based Academic Excellence scholarship. During law school, Alec was recognized with the Victor O. Wehle Award for outstanding trial advocacy and the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award for his commitment to community service. He also interned with the Honorable Rex M. Barbas of Florida’s Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, gaining hands-on experience in the courtroom.

Today, Alec brings that same competitive edge and relentless drive to the legal arena-taking on powerful insurance companies and fighting to win justice for the injured.
