Biography

Aleksandra Grzeskowiak is a member of the Project & Structured Finance practice . She advises Polish and foreign financial institutions and borrowers on transactions related to debt refinancing, renewable energy financing as well as real estate financing, including cross-border projects. She participates in drafting and negotiating security documents, preparing legal opinions, as well as coordinating the process of satisfying the conditions precedent to facility disbursement. Aleksandra has regulatory experience in projects involving advising supervised entities in the financial sector.
