Biography

Alena Khan is an associate attorney in the Dallas, Texas office of WSHB. Her practice focuses on commercial and business litigation, as well as complex torts and casualties.

Alena graduated from the SMU Dedman School of Law, where she served as an Articles Editor for the SMU Law Review. Her student comment, titled "The Ultimate Metaverse Match," was published in the 2023 edition of the SMU Law Review and explores issues related to First Amendment rights and trademark infringement. Additionally, Alena has experience as a judicial intern for the Honorable Barbara Lynn in the Northern District of Texas and has worked as a legal extern at the Federal Trade Commission.
