Alesandra R. Greco

Alesandra Greco is a senior associate and a member of the firm’s national Cybersecurity and Data Privacy team, based in the Westport, Connecticut, office of WSHB. In her practice, she serves as a key advisor to clients navigating complex privacy and cybersecurity issues, including data breaches and pixel class actions. Alesandra guides clients through challenging situations, coordinating responses to ransomware attacks and fraudulent wire transfers, and evaluating notification obligations under laws such as the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA), and Video Privacy Protection Act (VPPA).

Before joining WSHB, Alesandra gained extensive experience in consumer protection, securities fraud, and antitrust litigation. She has litigated several large-scale consumer class action lawsuits on behalf of consumers who were recorded without authorization by Apple and Google, and recently helped achieve a $95 million settlement against Apple Inc. See, e.g., Lopez v. Apple Inc., No. 4:19-cv-4577 (N.D. Cal.); In re Google Assistant Privacy Litig., No. 19-cv-04286 (N.D. Cal.).

Alesandra graduated from Villanova Law School, where she served on the Moot Court Board and was a finalist in the 2019 NYU Immigration Law competition. During her time in law school, she studied under Brett Frischmann, a pioneering scholar in internet law and artificial intelligence.

Outside of her legal practice, she enjoys running, weightlifting, and hiking with her dog, Lexi.
