Alessandro J. Angelori

Alessandro “Alex” Angelori focuses his practice on labor and employment law. He represents clients in federal and state courts across New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut, handling complex labor and employment litigation matters such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims. Alex also represents employers during compliance audits by administrative agencies.

Alex also provides employment counseling to employers throughout the tri-state. He advises employers on compliance with federal and state WARN Acts, ensuring informed decision-making during workforce reductions and helping employers effectively navigate regulatory challenges by state and federal WARN Act enforcement agencies. Additionally, Alex drafts workplace policies, handbooks, severance agreements, termination letters, and employment agreements.
