Biography

Alex Davies’ practice encompasses the breadth of civil and commercial litigation, including insolvency and restructuring, shareholders disputes, contractual and construction disputes, and personal injury. Alex is an experienced and tenacious litigator, having appeared as lead counsel in all courts of the Cayman Islands, from trials in the Summary and Grand Courts, to appeals in the Cayman Islands Court of Appeal. He has been led by King’s Counsel in multi-million dollar disputes in the Grand Court FSD as well as trials in the civil and criminal divisions of the Grand Court. Alex has practiced in the jurisdiction for many years, and has a wealth of experience in all areas of litigation and dispute resolution.
