Biography

Alex is a Shareholder in Greenberg Traurig’s Chicago office and a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice. He focuses on commercial real estate transactions, with a concentration in commercial leasing. Alex represents both landlords and tenants in complex leasing transactions across a wide range of property types, including retail, office, industrial, entertainment, medical, hotel, and mixed-use developments and his wide-ranging experience encompasses build-to-suit leases, sale-leaseback transactions, ground leases and industrial warehouse leases. Alex regularly advises institutional real estate owners, national retail chains, EV companies, luxury brand retailers, shopping center developers, Fortune 500 companies, national restaurateurs, and major office park owners.

Alex is committed to building lasting relationships with his clients, grounded in trust, responsiveness, and clear communication. He guides clients through every stage of the leasing process, from letter of intent through lease execution and beyond, ensuring they are informed and confident at each step.
