Biography

Alex Pak received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2015. In 2019, he received his Juris Doctor degree from Touro Law. While at Touro Law, Alex had the opportunity to work for the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. After graduating from law school, Alex served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Mark J. Nelson, J.S.C., in the Hudson County Superior Court.

Alex was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 2020. Alex served as an Assistant Prosecutor for the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office from 2020-2023. During his time there, Alex prosecuted a wide range of indictable offenses on the Superior Court level, ranging from theft-related crimes to homicide. Alex was then assigned to the Special Victim’s Unit at the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office, where he gained further courtroom experience. Alex has been utilizing his courtroom skills to pursue justice for clients who suffered severe life-altering injuries as a result of a motor vehicle accident. Alex's presence in Jersey City, NJ, serves as a testament to his commitment to serving the local community and providing top-notch legal representation to those in need.
