Alex Taylor: Attorney with Hope & Causey, P.C.

Biography

Alexander “Alex” Taylor was born in Bryan and grew up primarily in Bastrop, Texas. After graduating Bastrop High School, Alex went to Texas A&M University, where he earned a B.B.A. in Management. While at A&M, Alex worked as a Resident Advisor in Moore and Hart Halls and served as a Team Leader in the annual Big Event organization. He went on to study law at South Texas College of Law on scholarship, where he made the Dean’s List, worked as a Research Assistant and a Certified Mediator, and co-founded Polis, an organization dedicated to exploring the philosophical underpinnings of the law.

Like the other attorneys at Hope and Causey, Alex has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in the courtroom and has significant experience with personal injury and property damage cases. He has helped thousands of clients resolve their cases both before and after a lawsuit has been filed. He is a member of the Texas Aggie Bar Association and the Houston Bar Association.

When not working, Alex enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, reading, playing blues banjo and harmonica, and practicing karate.
