Alexander L. Scarola focuses his practice on public finance, infrastructure finance, project finance and asset-based lending. Alex serves as purchaser’s counsel, bond counsel, lender’s counsel, underwriter’s counsel, disclosure counsel and borrower’s counsel in tax-exempt and taxable finance and lending transactions throughout the country.
