Alexander Schley is a Senior Associate in the German Finance & Banking Group. He advises national and international credit institutions, investors and borrowers on national and cross-border corporate finance and financings for acquisitions, projects and real estate as well as on financial restructurings.

Prior to joining the firm, Alexander spent several years working for the Banking & Finance teams of global law firms in London, Frankfurt/Main and Berlin.
