Biography

Alexander is an Israeli-qualified lawyer specializing in international disputes.

Alexander has experience in international arbitration and litigation cases in English, French, and Hebrew, involving a variety of national laws and arbitral institutions. He has worked on cases before arbitral tribunals, as well as in Israeli litigation and international criminal law, including proceedings before the ICC. As part of Dr. Roy Shondorf’s team, he is involved in high-profile international matters, representing states, corporations, and individuals in arbitration and litigation. He was also part of the team representing Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Minister of Defense Yoav Gallant in The Hague, as well as families of the victims of October 7 before Israeli institutions. Additionally, he has experience advising startups and handling commercial law matters.

Alexander holds an LL.M in Penal Law from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, as well as an LL.B from the same institution. He studied abroad at La Sorbonne as part of his master’s degree, focusing on Business Law.

Born and raised in Paris, he is a native French speaker, fluent in Hebrew and English, and has a basic understanding of Spanish.
