Alexis Grace Hughes

Alexis is an associate attorney at Hill Crabb, LLC, where she focuses on thoughtful, client-centered representation for individuals and families. Before joining the firm, she worked as a judicial law clerk in Minnesota’s Second Judicial District, an experience that gave her a strong understanding of courtroom procedure and how judges evaluate cases and reach decisions. Alexis is committed to guiding clients through the legal process with clarity, compassion, and steady communication, so they feel informed and supported from start to finish. Her practice emphasizes practical solutions tailored to each client’s goals and circumstances. She brings a strong foundation in child welfare matters and earned a Child Welfare Certificate from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor in 2025. Alexis also holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse, which adds a helpful perspective when cases involve finances, planning, or complex decision-making. Outside of work, Alexis enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, and she loves traveling to explore U.S. National Parks whenever she can.
