Mr. Abu Al Ghanam is a Senior Associate at Hadidi Law firm; he has acquired his master’s in laws from Swansea University in 2010.he has an extensive experience in general corporate and commercial law. He has led the Commercial team at Hadidi Law Firm since (2021), as he is an expert in drafting and reviewing Commercial Agreements, Contracts, and Legal Opinions. He has drafted contracts and agreements for various companies including pharmaceutical companies. Further, he has provided individuals and corporations with a wide range of Legal opinions in accordance with the Jordanian laws, inter-alia, Commercial Law, Investment Law, Companies Law, and others.
