Ali Ohlinger: Attorney with Crawford, Wishnew & Lang PLLC

Biography

Ali’s practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, as well as fiduciary and trust disputes. She has represented, on both sides of the docket, trust beneficiaries, directors and shareholders of corporations (both individually and derivatively), members of limited liability companies, mineral owners and individuals and families in a wide variety of matters including, but not limited to, matters involving claims for: breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, tortious interference, business disparagement, aiding and abetting, fraudulent transfer, negligence, conversion and insurance coverage. Ali has also represented companies seeking to prevent the public disclosure of trade secret and commercial data. Ali already respects the unique nature of disputes between family members and business partners. She places substantial value on understanding the specific priorities of her clients and is mindful of the fact that these matters usually involve highly-complex personal and business relationships that do not exist in a legal vacuum.

A graduate of Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism and the University of Texas School of Law, Ali works diligently to tell her clients’ stories in a way that is both persuasive to the fact finder and authentic to the client.
