Biography

Ali is a member of the Real Estate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Orlando Office. He focuses on multi-state real estate finance and secured lending transactions, conducting due diligence, drafting security instruments, ancillary documents and opinion letters on behalf institutional lenders, private equity funds, investors, and borrowers. He has represented clients in connection with acquisition, financing, leasing, disposition of wide range of classes of commercial real estate. In addition, he focuses his practice on land use and zoning law representing developers and property owners in securing entitlements, permits and conducts zoning due diligence. He has drafted various agreements on behalf of developers and property owners including developer agreements and easement agreements. He is also active in mergers and acquisitions representing both buyers and sellers in transactions ranging from 1 million to several million dollars.
