Biography

Alice focuses her practice on defending medical professionals and facilities against medical malpractice claims. Drawing from her nursing background, Alice leverages a unique understanding of the issues involved in medical malpractice cases to help her clients achieve successful results.

Alice began her professional career as a registered nurse for various regional health systems in New Jersey. In 2016, she obtained her forensic nurse - certified sexual assault license and worked as a sexual assault nurse examiner for Middlesex County until 2022.

During law school, Alice started the student chapter for the Animal Legal Defense Fund. As a result of the student chapter’s successes, the Seton Hall student chapter was named Best Student Chapter for 2020. Alice also interned for the New York Legal Assistance Group, Center for Contemporary Sciences, and Animal Welfare Institute during her time in law school. She was also a participant in the Immigration Clinic at Seton Hall Center for Social Justice and helped obtain asylum for a client. In recognition of her leadership, community service and integrity during law school, Alice was the recipient of the Mary Franzese Humanitarian Award in 2022.

After receiving her law degree, Alice worked as an assistant prosecutor for Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office. She also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John I. Gizzo, J.S.C. within the Superior court of New Jersey, Essex Vicinage, Criminal Division.

Outside of the office, Alice enjoys spending time with her rescue golden retriever Ellie and Holland Lop rabbit Pietro, traveling, drinking tea, watching movies, television and sports, learning tennis and loving animals.
