Biography

Ms. Ayala concentrates her practice in commercial and residential real estate matters, including property tax appeals, incentives and exemptions. For over eight years, she has represented individuals in residential real estate closings, as well as commercial businesses in the acquisition and disposition of assets and real property. Ms. Ayala has closed multi-million dollar industrial transactions throughout the continental United States. As part of her practice, she has also negotiated and drafted industrial triple net leases.

Ms. Ayala had the honor of previously working with the McHenry County State’s Attorney’s Civil Division where she represented and advised the McHenry County Treasurer, Assessor, Department of Planning and Development, and the Zoning Board of Appeals on real estate issues. This experience provided her insight to better represent her clients.

Ms. Ayala received her Bachelor of Arts from Dominican University in River Forest, Illinois and her Juris Doctorate from Northern Illinois University College of Law in DeKalb, Illinois.
