Biography

Ms. Roberts joined KUBLI & ASSOCIATES, P.C. in 2006, and her practice areas include government contracts and complex commercial litigation. Prior to that, Ms. Roberts served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Reginald W. Gibson of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims (2003-2005). Ms. Roberts is a 2003 cum laude graduate of the George Mason University School of Law. There, she was an Associate Editor of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal, and the Managing Justice of the Moot Court Board.

While a law student, Ms. Roberts also published two papers on intellectual property issues: Congress' Latest Attempt To Abrogate States' Sovereign Immunity Defense Against Copyright Infringement Actions: Will IPPRA Help The Music Industry Combat Online Piracy On College Campuses?, 12 DEPAUL-LCA J.
