Biography

Alison A. Huycke graduated from Willamette University College of Law and Atkinson School of Business in 2006 with a JD/MBA. Alison is a partner and leads the firm’s transactional department.

Her practice focuses on business and real estate transactions and estate planning. Alison has vast experience in both commercial and residential real estate law assisting clients with purchase and sale documents, leases, easements and any other contracts relating to real estate. Her business practice includes assisting clients with business formation, complex planning strategies, business sales and acquisitions and succession planning. Alison truly loves assisting her clients with their estate planning needs, whether that is preparing trust and wills or assisting individuals with trust administrations or probates.

Alison has a passion for economic development in Central Oregon. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Redmond Economic Development, Inc. (“REDI”) an organization devoted to encouraging economic development, investment and job growth in the Redmond area. She served as President of REDI for 2014-2015 and 2021-2022. She also has previously been on the Board of Director for Economic Development of Central Oregon (EDCO) and served as its President.

Alison has been recognized by Super Lawyers in 2014-2015 and 2018-2019 for outstanding service in the field of corporate and business law.Ms. Huycke moved to Bend in 2006 following years of family vacations in the region. Ms. Huycke enjoys the outdoors, particularly skiing, waterskiing, biking, hiking and golfing. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends and traveling.
