Biography

Allaa Marwan Tayeb is an Associate in the firm's Orlando office, where she focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, business/commercial law, and professional malpractice.

Ms. Tayeb graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Florida as a double major in English and Creative Writing and Humanities/Cultural Studies. She is also a graduate of the Florida State University College of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor.

While in law school, Ms. Tayeb served on the executive board for the Florida State University Law Review and Florida State University Business Review. She held various research assistant positions during law school, including with Professor Kimberly Houser, of the University of North Texas, researching issues related to privacy, technology, and business law. Ms. Tayeb earned book awards in her Privacy and Data Protection Law and Constitutional Law II courses and is the recipient of the Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award. In 2021, she was named a Westin Scholar, an award conferred on her by the International Association of Privacy Professionals. Westin Scholars are students that demonstrate the potential to become a future leader in the field of privacy or data protection.
