Biography

Allan Feldman brings a unique level of seniority to Pines Federal, with over 20 years dedicated to federal labor and employment law. Before joining our team, he was on the other side, leading a massive government labor relations team of over thirty attorneys. This experience gives him a high-level perspective on national strategy and collective bargaining that few lawyers can match. He knows exactly how the government operates because he used to run the teams that made those decisions. But Allan isn't just a strategist, he’s a seasoned litigator who has spent years as lead counsel in jury trials and hearings before the EEOC and MSPB. Whether he’s resolving a complex national grievance or navigating a high-stakes arbitration, he focuses on practical, results-driven solutions. Based in Baltimore, Allan is deeply involved in his local community and is a regular on the soccer field in his spare time. He combines the tactical mind of a government executive with the heart of a client advocate, making him an invaluable asset to any federal employee facing a career-defining challenge.
