Allan Grant

Allan H. Grant is the founder of Grant’s Law Firm, bringing more than eight years of prior experience at a small to mid-size law firm to his own Southern California practice. Mr. Grant represents entrepreneurs and owners of both emerging and established companies, providing comprehensive legal services in intellectual property, business and corporate law, business formation, and employment defense for employers. As a Registered Patent Attorney with the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO), Mr. Grant specializes in all aspects of intellectual property—including patents, trademarks, prosecution, enforcement, and portfolio management. His experience includes acting as outside general counsel for small and mid-sized businesses, handling domestic and international patent and trademark matters, and representing clients in proceedings before the USPTO and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). Mr. Grant is also highly skilled in resolving complex intellectual property disputes and negotiating various licensing and development agreements.
