Allan H. Grant established his own practice, in Southern California, after working for a small to mid size law firm for eight (8) years. His clients include entrepreneurs and owners of emerging and established companies.

Mr. Grant has chosen to emphasize Intellectual property, Business and Corporate Law, Business Formation, Litigation and defense of employment matters for employers in his practice. Mr. Grant has acted as outside general counsel for small and medium size businesses.

Allan Grant is a Registered Patent Attorney with the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) who has chosen to specialize in Intellectual Property including patents, trademarks, and other forms of intellectual property protection and enforcement. Mr. Grant’s practice also includes domestic and international Patent & Trademark prosecution, clearance, maintenance, and enforcement work, portfolio development, strategic counseling, and proceedings before USPTO and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).

Allan Grant has experience in a wide range of intellectual property disputes, including those involving Litigation of patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade dress, trade secrets, domain names, unfair competition and other related issues. He is also experienced in negotiating Patent Licensing Agreements, Trademark Licensing Agreements and other licensing agreements such as development agreements, manufacturing agreements and assignment agreements.
