Mr. Keyes is an appellate lawyer with over 45 years’ experience, now of counsel to the firm. From 2015 to 2025 Mr. Keyes chaired the Vermont Supreme Court’s Advisory Committee on Civil Rules. This Committee is responsible for the Vermont Rules of Civil and Appellate Procedure.
