Biography

Mr. Tai has built his career advocating for Chinese Americans, helping them secure justice in a wide range of personal injury cases, including construction accidents, auto crashes, and much more. Before concentrating solely in the area of personal injury, Mr. Tai worked on immigration, real estate, labor law, product liability, and commercial litigation cases for more than 25 years

Mr. Tai graduated from National Chun-Hsin University, Taiwan with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He received his master’s degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and his law degree from New York Law School. His engineering experience has proved instrumental in handling a number of complex construction cases. He is admitted to the U.S. Eastern District Court.
